1:1 Cancellation Policy

24 hours is required to change or cancel an appointment. This allows the appointment to be offered to someone else who is waiting for the opportunity to be seen. In the event that 24 hours notice is not given, or non-attendance of a scheduled appointment, a charge equal to 100% of the appointment is payable prior to the next appointment.

Groups Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked, your place is non-refundable. There are no refunds for change of mind or changes in circumstances if you withdraw prior to the completion of the program. If you have organised a payment plan, payment must be made as per arranged schedule for your attendance in the group to continue. If payment is not received as per the agreed schedule, the remainder of your group sessions will be cancelled. If you have agreed to a payment plan you are agreeing to pay in full regardless of how many sessions are attended.
